Meet Debbie Richesin
Debbie Richesin is a well-known Blount County realtor and is married to Don Richesin, an electrical inspector for the state of Tennessee. Debbie has two adult daughters, Nicki and Wendy, in addition to two granddaughters, Ava and Lilli . Debbie is a native Blount Countian and has been licensed since 1987. She specializes in upscale residential, new construction and mountain properties. Debbie was inducted into the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle for outstanding closed real estate production in 2005 and has been a consistent recipient of the Knoxville Association of Realtors Award of Merit for top production. Additionally, Cindy Henegar and Lisa Blevins work with Debbie to make up the Richesin Group.

Richesin receives Gold Award of Excellence

Debbie Richesin was approved for the 2006 Gold Award of Excellence recently by the Knoxville Area Association of Realtors Award of Excellence Verification Committee.

Maryville-based Coldwell Banker Nelson, Realtors® recorded more than $183 million in closed sales with an average sales price of $173,701 for 2005 it was announced, marking the highest closed dollar amount in a calendar year for any Blount County firm.Top agent for the company was Kathy Parker with just under 14 million in closed sales for the year. Top team was the Debbie Richesin Group composed of Richesin, Cindy Henegar, Lisa Blevins and Lisa Spires with just under 14 million in closed sales.
Janie Fields, Stephanie Wilson, Billy Loope, Tia Cooper Ridout, Beth Pankratz, Kathi Phelps and Janice Loveday followed in closed production.
"Parker and Richesin both had absolutely outstanding production this past year. They love their work and that reflects in their numbers," said Nelson."
